Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and FREIDDD, LLC ("FREIDDD," "we," "us"), the operator of freiddd.com and the FREIDDD® services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service sold by FREIDDD, LLC is access to the FREIDDDGPT Decision Engine, a software-as-a-service AI tool that helps leaders make decisions using the FREIDDD framework. Subscriptions are offered in tiers (Stratosphere, Mesosphere, and the invitation-only Exosphere) that differ in the amount of FREIDDDGPT usage included per month.

Membership in a paid plan also includes complimentary perks at no additional charge — such as access to the FREIDDD community, the FREIDDD book and workbook, webinars, readiness assessment, and event discounts. These perks are provided as a benefit of the FREIDDDGPT subscription, are not separately priced, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion without affecting the underlying FREIDDDGPT service.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

4. Intellectual property

FREIDDD, LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, written materials, the FREIDDD® mark, the FREIDDD book and workbook, and the FREIDDDGPT Decision Engine. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the membership tier you have purchased.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe Payments Company. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for our subscription orders, and provides tax collection, billing, refund processing, and transaction-level customer support on our behalf.

Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's checkout terms in addition to these Terms. Our own refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page.

6. Service availability and warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time; for paid subscriptions, cancel from the billing portal linked in your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FREIDDD, LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
