• Stripe Payments Company ("Stripe"), our Merchant of Record. Stripe handles all sales of FREIDDD subscriptions, including payments, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and customer payment inquiries.

• Professional advisers (legal, accounting, auditors) under duties of confidentiality.
• Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
