FREIDDD, LLC sells subscriptions to the FREIDDDGPT Decision Engine. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on those subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your FREIDDDGPT subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form on the home page and we will assist you. You can also cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your members area.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from the billing portal in your members area. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds for renewals are handled in accordance with this policy.
